Hearts of Palm and Mushroom Ceviche
Ingredients
400 grams of Hearts of palm in jar
1 Avocado
½ Red onion
½ Red bell pepper
1 Handful of fresh cilantro
20 milliliters of Lemon juice
30 milliliters of Orange juice
100 grams of Fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon of Olive oil
1 tablespoon of White vinegar
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
1 tablespoon of Hot sauce
Preparation
Step 1 : Dice the hearts of palm, avocado, mushrooms, and peppers into small cubes.
Step 2 : Then proceed to cut the onions and red bell pepper into small squares along with the cilantro.
Step 3 : Make a dressing with lemon and orange juice, vinegar, and oil.
Step 4 : Combine all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5 : If desired, add hot sauce to taste.
