Ham and Cheese Empanadas

Ingredients

½ kilogram of Flour

250 grams of Cheese

4 Eggs

250 grams of Ham

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, cut the ham into several strips.

Step 2 : If the cheese is tray-based, also cut it; if it's a different type, grate it and set aside along with the ham.

Step 3 : Then, cook all the eggs for two minutes; once ready, crush all the eggs.

Step 4 : Next, make the dough with the flour and add strips of ham, cheese, and crushed eggs. Repeat this process for all the empanadas you will make and seal each one.

Step 5 : Finally, fry for about 2 to 4 minutes on each side and once they're ready, remove the excess oil.

Step 6 : Serve and enjoy.
