Guacamole and Roasted Peppers Dip
Ingredients
2 Ripe avocados
½ Lemon juice
1 ½ Onions
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
3 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of Ketchup
1 pinch of Tabasco sauce
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
1 Roasted red pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Extract the pulp from the avocados, and mash them with a fork or a pass-through until a smooth consistency is achieved.
Step 2 : Add the lemon juice, olive oil, and finely chopped onion to the avocado. The lemon not only adds flavor but also prevents the avocado from turning black or oxidizing.
Step 3 : Add the roasted red pepper chopped into small cubes and continue stirring.
Step 4 : Once the mixture is prepared, add salt and pepper to taste, along with mayonnaise, ketchup, and Tabasco sauce.
Step 5 : For a personal touch, cut a roasted yellow pepper into small cubes, and you'll see it turns more colorful and adds much more flavor.
