Golden Crab Chupe in the Pot
Ingredients
400 grams of Crab meat
4 Sliced bread without crust
½ Finely chopped medium onion
4 tablespoons of Olive oil
1 Green chili
1 Garlic clove
1 tablespoon of Butter
50 grams of Grated cheese
1 can of Fresh cream
Paprika
Cumin
1 pinch of Salt
Clay or ceramic cazuelas
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion with the garlic, paprika, and cumin.
Step 2 : Separately, soak the bread crumb in the fresh cream, then add the cleaned and shredded crab meat along with the sautéed onions.
Step 3 : Season with salt, pepper, and green chili. Add half of the grated cheese and mix well.
Step 4 : Grease the clay or ceramic cazuelas and fill them with the mixture.
Step 5 : Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and paprika, then bake in a water bath at 150°C (302°F) for 15 to 20 minutes.
