Ingredients

1 kilogram of Gilt-head bream

1 cup of Chopped cilantro

1 liter of Lemon juice

500 grams of Shrimp or prawns

Scallops and oysters

60 milliliters of Olive oil

1 Chopped green onion

1 Finely chopped onion

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

½ teaspoon of Powdered garlic

½ Chopped green chili

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot of boiling water, place the shrimp or prawns unpeeled. Let them cook for at least 4 minutes and then remove from heat. Keep them in a container without covering.

Step 2 : Chop all the ingredients and place them on one side of the countertop.

Step 3 : Cut the fish into small cubes and place them in a bowl. Cover the fish with lemon juice until fully submerged.

Step 4 : Let the gilt-head bream marinate for approximately 1 hour. Meanwhile, cook the onion in hot water without bringing to a boil for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse thoroughly.

Step 5 : After an hour, add to the ceviche the oil, cilantro, powdered garlic, chili, onion, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well and add the pre-cooked shrimp, scallops, and oysters (without shells).

Step 6 : Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Step 7 : Serve with tortillas or toast.

Step 8 : Note: Cooking time for marination can be adjusted to taste. The optimal marination time is about 15 minutes, but keep in mind that the cooking with the marinade is relatively quick.
