Ingredients

18 Oysters without shells

3 tablespoons of Olive oil with merquén

2 tablespoons of Perfumeful garlic-infused olive oil

3 tablespoons of Fresh lemon juice

3 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 cup of Chopped fresh cilantro leaves

1 cup of Chopped fresh parsley leaves

½ cup of Diced onion

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Merquén

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, wash and clean the oysters and marinate them in the merquén olive oil; set aside.

Step 2 : For the green pebre, mix fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste in a bowl and emulsify.

Step 3 : Then add the cilantro, parsley, diced onion, and lemon juice; set aside the mixture.

Step 4 : Heat the garlic-infused olive oil in a non-stick skillet and sear the oysters on both sides for a couple of minutes, until they turn a nice golden color.

Step 5 : Serve immediately, accompanied by the green pebre.
