Ingredients

2 kilograms of Potato

2 Onions

2 Crushed garlic cloves

2 Tomatoes

50 grams of Pork cracklings

80 grams of Cheese

80 milliliters of Milk

40 grams of Wheat flour

1 cup of Olives

1 pinch of Salt

Fresh mint

Preparation

Step 1 : First, preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2 : In a skillet, sauté the onions, tomatoes, potatoes, and minced garlic, adding salt and herbs.

Step 3 : Add water and pork cracklings to the vegetable mix, and let cook for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Step 4 : Then, remove from heat and add cheese, flour, milk, olives, and mix well.

Step 5 : Finally, place our mixture in the oven for 24 minutes and serve hot.
