This recipe is characterized by combining tasty ingredients such as French fries, meat, onions, eggs, and other seasonings.
Chorrillana
Ingredients
1 kilogram of French fries
500 grams of Black beef (posta negra)
2 Large onions
4 Eggs
½ teaspoon of Merkén (a type of seasoning or condiment)
1 pinch of Salt
Oil for frying
Preparation
Step 1 : Cut the potatoes into strips and fry them, adding salt to taste. Then proceed to cut the meat into cubes and fry it, adding merkén.
Step 2 : When the meat is ready, remove from heat and add salt.
Step 3 : Chop the onion into feather-like strips and fry it along with the eggs while stirring. Add salt to taste again.
Step 4 : When serving, assemble the dish by placing the French fries as the base, then the onions with the eggs, and finish with the meat.
Step 5 : We can accompany this dish with pebre, 'chancho en piedra', and why not, a glass of wine.
