Chochoca
Ingredients
1 cup of Chuchoca
250 milliliters of Chicken broth
1 kilogram of Potatoes
2 Medium onions
2 cups of Pumpkin
Worcestershire sauce
Stuffing cream
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : First, heat the Worcestershire sauce along with the previously chopped potatoes and onions in a pot for 20 minutes.
Step 2 : Then add the pumpkin and chicken broth to the pot with potatoes and onions, and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 3 : Next, add the cream and mix. Add a little more Worcestershire sauce, and it should resemble a stew.
Step 4 : Serve and enjoy.
