3 Medium tomatoes
1 Onion sliced into juliennes
1 tablespoon of Chopped parsley
Oil and salt
Preparation
Step 1 : Place the sliced onion in a bowl, cover it with hot water for a few minutes, then rinse under running water.
Step 2 : Slice the tomatoes into rounds, add the onion, parsley, and season with salt and oil to taste.
