Ingredients

2 cups of Tomato
2 cups of Onion sliced thinly
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
½ teaspoon of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
2 tablespoons of Cilantro
1 Green chili in pieces
Preparation
Step 1 : To mellow the onion's sharpness, soak it mixed with plenty of salt for at least 15 minutes.
Step 2 : Rinse the onion with plenty of water and let it drain.
Step 3 : Mix the tomatoes with the onion and season with oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 4 : If desired, add cilantro and green chili.
