Ingredients

1 Round country bread

3 tablespoons of Butter

2 Chives

2 tablespoons of Flour

1 ½ cup of Hot milk

150 grams of Cream cheese

400 grams of Grated cheese blend

cup of White wine

1 teaspoon of Oregano

1 teaspoon of Basil

1 tablespoon of Chopped chives

¼ teaspoon of Mérquén

Ground black pepper

Crackers, toasts, vegetables

Preparation

Step 1 : Hollow out the bread, removing the crumb careful not to break it. Set aside.

Step 2 : In a medium pot, melt the butter and cook the chives until soft.

Step 3 : Add the flour and stir. Slowly add the hot milk while stirring continuously until a smooth sauce forms. Add the cream cheese and cook until integrated.

Step 4 : Add the cheeses and stir until melted. Pour in the white wine and add the seasonings.

Step 5 : Fill the hollowed bread with the cheese mixture, cover with the bread lid, and wrap with aluminum foil.

Step 6 : Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes or until the cheese is very hot.

Step 7 : Serve accompanied by bread, crackers, and vegetables.
