Ingredients
3 Large, ripe avocados
1 Skinless chicken breast
1 pinch of Pepper
Mayonnaise
½ teaspoon of Mustard
1 Hard-boiled egg
2 Red bell pepper strips
Black olives for decoration

Preparation
Step 1 : Peel the avocados and cut them in half lengthwise, removing the pit. Season the inside with salt and lemon.
Step 2 : Prepare a filling by chopping the chicken breast and mixing it with mayonnaise, pepper to taste, and ½ teaspoon of mustard.
Step 3 : Fill the avocados with this mixture and cover with mayonnaise, decorating with a slice of hard-boiled egg and slices of black olives.
