Pisco Mojito
Ingredients
15 milliliters of Lime juice
1 ounce of Pisco
3 tablespoons of Sugar
50 grams of Ice
4 Lime slices
6 Mint leaves
Preparation
Step 1 : In a jug or suitable container for pouring the drink, combine lime juice with half of the specified sugar and the mint, mixing gently.
Step 2 : Then add pisco and the remaining sugar, continuing to mix for a few more minutes.
Step 3 : Finally, add ice to taste and decorate with more mint and lime slices.
Step 4 : Serve very cold.
