Ingredients

25 milliliters of Cream

3 cups of Flour

3 Egg yolks

6 Large pears

½ cup of Chopped nuts

½ cup of Golden raisins

8 teaspoons of Brown sugar

2 teaspoons of Ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons of Brown sugar

2 teaspoons of Melted butter

1 teaspoon of Ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1 : Combine the butter, cream, and egg yolks in a medium bowl.

Step 2 : Add enough flour and mix until you get a soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands. Let it rest.

Step 3 : Peel the pears and cut them into approximately 1 cm cubes, making sure to remove the core of the fruit.

Step 4 : Mix the pears with the other filling ingredients.

Step 5 : Once the dough has rested, roll it out on a kitchen towel and shape it into a rectangle approximately 55 cm wide, 60 cm long, and 0.4 cm thick. Be careful to avoid any cracks.

Step 6 : Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 7 : Place the pear filling on the dough, avoiding the edges. Gently roll up the dough and filling, without pressing too hard to prevent spilling, and incorporate the side edges.

Step 8 : Place the pear strudel on a buttered baking sheet. Brush the roll with melted butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and ground cinnamon to taste.

Step 9 : Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden. Let cool.

Step 10 : Serve warm or cold.

Step 11 : A delicious dessert that can be served with cream or vanilla ice cream.
