Ingredients
¾ liter of Red wine
500 grams of Fresh fruits
8 teaspoons of Sugar
Ice
Preparation
Step 1 : Wash the fruits very well with cold water and remove the stems.
Step 2 : Cut them into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
Step 3 : Add the sugar over them and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 4 : After 30 minutes, place the fruits in a large jug and pour in the red wine. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon until the sugar dissolves.
Step 5 : Taste it to adjust the sweetness and add more wine or sugar, according to your preference.
Step 6 : Finally, let it rest for 5 minutes and add the ice when serving.
